Petitioner is requesting a Special Permit to construct and allow for a Family Suite from 4.122.22 of the Zoning Bylaws in the R-4, Zoning District. Legal notices were sent to all the certified abutters provided by the Town of North Andover,Assessors Office,and were published in the Eagle-Tribune,a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of North Andover,June 9,and June 160 2015. The following regular voting inemberswere present:Ellen P.McIntyre,Doug Ludgin,D.Paul Koch Jr., and Allan Cuscia. The following Associate members present and Deny Morganthal, Nathan Weinreich and Alexandria Jocobs Koch made a motion to GRANT the Special Permit to constritet a Family suite from Section 4-122-22 of the Zoning Bylaws in the R4 Zoning District 0 C) Cuscia second the motion All those in favor to Grant the Special Permit:Ellen P.McIntyre,Doug Ludgi ,in,D.Paul Koch Jr and Allan Cuscia and Deney MorVnthal. All in Favor 5-0 The Board finds that this use, as developed by the building and site plans, will not adversely affect the neighborhood. There will be no nuisance or serious hazard to vehicles or pedestrians since there are provisions for the required off-street parking. Adequate and appropriate facilities are provided to the existing residential dwelling-and will be provided for the proper operation and addition of a Family Suite.
