Said plan recorded with the Essex North Registry of Deeds as Plan No, 10121.Reference
to said Plan may be had for a more particular description of said lot.
The premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of the Utility

The premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of a Sewer Access and
Use Agreement by and between Flowage Corp.and Yellow Maize Corporation,dated
- January 22, 1986 and referred to in a Mortgage from Yellow Maize Corporation to
Flowage Corp. dated December 6, 1985 and recorded ins aid Deeds, Book 2132,Page
54m and Grantee by acceptance of this deed,agrees to pay an annual sewer maintenance
feet of$50.00 in accord with Paragraph 8 of said Sewer Access and Use Agreement.
Being the same premises conveyed to Kenneth Coco and Gretchen Coco by virtue
of a Quitclaim deed from Yellow Maize Corporation dated 07/15/1986 and recorded at
the Essex County Registry of Deeds in Book 2242,Page 106.
The grantors herein are marricd to each other and hereby release all rights of homestead
in the conveyed premises to the grantees.
