Re: lot 1 N-A Berry St. driveway location
To whom it may concern:
I am in receipt of two certified plot plans; one dated 2/10/10 labeled LOT_1 Berry St.
and the other dated 5/27/10 labeled LOT_1 N_FOUNDATION_AS_BUILT. I have been
asked to comment on the driveway locations as proposed and as-built. (;
The difference between the two is minimal from an engineering point of view. All
things being equal, the as-built location is preferred to the proposed. The as-built location:
1. Enters Berry Street more offset from its intersection with Campbell Rd. than does
the proposed.
2. Is less likely to introduce runoff into the street due to the topography of the lot.
