Box 109, 116 Pleasant St., Suite 302, Easthampton, MA 01027 As you are aware, the Planning Department received a Form A Plan on July 6, 2010 proposing the creation of 3 new lots as shown on the plan entitled "Plan of Land in North Andover, MA, Prepared for MA Department of Conservation and Recreation" , dated June 23, 2010. The plan has been reviewed and endorsed, based on the following facts: 1. One lot depicted on the plan has the required frontage (150 ft.) on a public way (Boston St.) for the Residential 2 District. Lots 1 and 2 do not have the required frontage and are thus labeled "Not a Buildable Lot". 2. The endorsement of the plan is not a determination as to the conformance of the new lots with the Town of North Andover's Zoning Bylaw and Regulations.
