APPROVAL UNDER SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW NOT REQUIRED 76 Boston Hill Road, a single family residence, is shown as Lot 4 on ANR plan #17217 recorded on Jan. 8, 2015. The purpose of the lot lines changes on this ANR plan had been to have the well located within the lot lines for 76 Boston Hill Rd. The plan changed lot lines between two existing lots, 76 Boston Hill Rd. and lot 2 Boston Hill Rd. that were shown on plan #16255 and recorded in the North Essex Registry of Deeds. Boston Hill Road is a public way (see attached Town clerk Certification). The lot line changes that were made resulted in the leach field for 76 Boston Hill Road extending beyond the new lot lines created. The purpose of this new ANR application is to adjust the southerly lot lines such that the leach field is now completely within the lot lines for 76 Boston Hill Rd.
