MODIFICATION TO ORDER OF CONDITIONS
61 Granville Lane, North Andover
At the September 28,2011 public hearing the North Andover Conservation Commission
(NACC)voted to issue a minor modification to Order of Conditions issued under DEP
#242-1418.The Modification includes the after the fact approval of a larger rear egress than
originally proposed. In addition the egress was moved several feet to the west of its
proposed location and a small portion is now within the 50'No-Build Zone (NBZ).The
NACC approved a waiver of the Bylaw Regulations due to the limited alternatives available
and due to the fact that a portion of the driveway was not constructed.The Modification
shall conform to the plans and documents referenced below.
