In addition the egress was moved several feet to the west of its proposed location and a small portion is now within the 50'No-Build Zone (NBZ).The NACC approved a waiver of the Bylaw Regulations due to the limited alternatives available and due to the fact that a portion of the driveway was not constructed.The Modification shall conform to the plans and documents referenced below.
