During that site visit, it was determined that the following activities took place: i. Regrading of approximately.50 acres on that par of the parcel abutting Lacy St. ii. Regrading of approximately.13 acres in the rear of the property. iii. Creation of a solar array iv. Demolition of outbuildings a) The activities listed in 1.b. do not change the flow of stormwater and do not cause the flow of stormwater onto the public Right-of-Way (Lacy St.) nor do they cause runoff of stormwater onto adjacent properties. b) The proposed use protects groundwater and surface water from degradation or depletion to the maximum extent possible. c) The proposed use prevents pollutants from entering the municipal and private storm drain systems. d) The applicant has complied with state and federal statutes and regulations relating to stormwater discharges; 2 443 Lucy St.,Map 105.D.,Parcels 168,169,& 170 Land Disturbance Permit June 18,2013 Upon reaching the above findings, the Town Planner approves this Land Disturbance Permit based upon the following SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1.
