This letter Is to state that 108 Campion Way North Andover has satisfied the conditions
Imposed by both Departments in 2012.
The property was built and planted as shown on the Intended Plan 2013. In Nov. 2015, at least
90%of the plants shown on the approved plan are In existence. Losses have included Lobelia
and some Arctostaphylos.
I am including 2 copies of a tracing of the 2013 plan showing the lawn area as it currently
exists,with measurements taken from the south exterior comer of the terrace wall ( pt A on
the tracing.)
