On behalf of the owner/applicant,David & Gay Tracy,I am submitting revised site plans per the review
consultant's comments. The only changes made to the plans from the last submission are as follows:
1) An additional drywell has been added to the plan to allow the entire dwelling roof area to be
collected/recharged.
2) A crushed stone drip trench has been added to the rear of the garage.
3) An additional note prohibiting non-organic pesticides and herbicides has been added to the plan(see
Sheet 2) and shall be provided in the deed restriction as well.
4) A proposed soil stockpile area has been added to the plan per the recommendation of the Conservation
Agent.
5) On Sheet 2 the total increase in impervious area has been noted(546 s.£) and the total roof area to be
recharged has been added(over 2,000 s.£).
I am submitting two (2)full size plan sets and six(6)reduced size plan sets for your use.
