Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Senior
Center, 120R Main Street,North Andover, MA on Tuesday the twelfth of February, 2002, at
7:30 PM to all parties interested in the appeal of Executive Quarters, L.L.C. (Mesiti
Development Corporation)for premises at 100 Andover By-Pass,North Andover,MA
requesting.a Variance for dimensional relief of a front setback from Section 7,Paragraph 7.3
within Table 2 in order to construct an accessory use garage. The garage construction will
delete four(4)parking spaces presently in existence.
Said premises affected is property with frontage on the north side of Andover By-Pass(Rt.
125)within the B4 zoning district.
Plans are available for review at the office of the Building Department,27 Charles Street,
North Andover, MA;Monday through Thursday during the hours of 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
