NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections
4.136.3.c.ii.6 and 10.3 of the Zoning Bylaw. Applicant is
proposing to construct an inground pool, patio, shed,fence, and
landscaping within the 100 foot Non-Disturbance Zone of the
Watershed Protection District.
