I would suggest only to the back corner of the house due to the on-going work in the back yard. Does that sound reasonable? Owner is hoping to hay mulch down between almost completed stone retaining wall and established lawn area next week. If he has it done he is hoping to suspend inspections till Spring 2015. 1 will have him email you once the hay mulch is in place so you can make a site visit & determination. There will be no additional site walk once wall is finished/backfilled. Debris shall be removed and the top layer of crushed stone shall be inspected for sedimentation. Areas found to be clogged shall be removed and replaced to a depth necessary to assure proper functioning of the trench. STORAGE OF CHEMICALS Pool chemicals shall be stored either inside the pool shed or the basement of the dwelling structure to ensure containment of any spill or drips. POOL DRAIND0WN At the time of pool closure for the season or anytime the pool needs to be drained the water shall not be discharged onsite. The owner shall engage a water hauling company to pump the water and truck the water away.
