How far along the side lot do you propose to remove the erosion controls? I would suggest only to the back corner of
the house due to the on-going work in the back yard. Does that sound reasonable?
Because portions of the site are not stabilized, monitoring can be reduced to storm event of%"or more only.

Attached is weekly report...please read...there are two items which the owner is hoping you will agree
to:
1) Remove erosion control in front and side yard
2) Suspend monitoring until his contractor can show up in approximately 4 weeks...no work will take
place over the four weeks.

Work is back underway at 316 GPR...weekly inspection report attached. In preparing for the paver
patio area there is a small stockpile area near the rear of the lot that will be removed.

Weekly inspection report attached. Owner is hoping to hay mulch down between almost completed
stone retaining wall and established lawn area next week. If he has it done he is hoping to suspend
inspections till Spring 2015. 1 will have him email you once the hay mulch is in place so you can
make a site visit & determination. There will be no additional site walk once wall is finished/backfilled.

CR USHED STONE INFILTRATON TRENCH
The crushed stone infiltration trench along the pool patio edge shall be inspected every six(6)months and
after major storms. Debris shall be removed and the top layer of crushed stone shall be inspected for
sedimentation. Areas found to be clogged shall be removed and replaced to a depth necessary to assure proper
functioning of the trench.
STORAGE OF CHEMICALS
Pool chemicals shall be stored either inside the pool shed or the basement of the dwelling structure to ensure
containment of any spill or drips.
POOL DRAIND0WN
At the time of pool closure for the season or anytime the pool needs to be drained the water shall not be
discharged onsite. The owner shall engage a water hauling company to pump the water and truck the water
away. Final disposal of the water by the water hauling company shall be in accordance with all federal and
state regulations.
