I have attached a copy of the 40R regulations that includes the application and Fee schedule. As we discussed,you will pay the town's fee for a Site Plan Review Special Permit which is$400 plus$.14 per sw.ft. of GFA. Also, we will need two copies of the paper application stamped in by the town clerk and 2 paper copies of the plan. You can send the electronic copy of the application and plan in pdf form to me. On the Planning Department's web site are "Instructions for Certified Mailing" and there is also the 2014 Planning Board meeting schedule (which includes December 2013 meetings as well). You will see the filing deadline dates in that document. I will talk with Curt regarding your getting'exposure"with the Board of Selectmen. Let me know if you have any questions.
