Recycling Facility and Solid Waste Transfer Station. This letter and the enclosed weekly reports serve as the 9t11 monthly report for the project construction. Brown and Caldwell has been conducting weekly inspections at the facility to document the work completed, and any areas of non-compliance and corrective actions taken. The weekly inspections have also included an on-site review of the facility construction stormwater controls, in accordance with the Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (CSWPPP). Consequently, a CSNXTPP inspection form has been completed on a weekly basis. The enclosed reports in Attachment A consist of weekly project work summary reports with associated field sketch, and weekly stormwater construction site inspection report. We would anticipate that the weekly inspections will conclude in the next week or two, as the site now has pavement,is stabilized, and all stormwater structures are on-line and functioning. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me at this office. Very truly yours, Brown and Caldwell Phillip Jagoda,P.E.
