RE: Modification to Triple A Site Plan
49 Orchard Hill Road,North Andover, MA
Dear Mr. Foster:
At the regularly scheduled North Andover Planning Board meeting held on July 20, 2004,the Board
voted to grant the modification to the Site Plan without requiring a Site Plan Permit approval. The
project will consist of constructing 27 additional parking spaces behind the existing building. The
additional spaces will be constructed of pervious pavement and will be utilized by employees and clients.
It was made clear to the Planning Board that trucks or equipment would not be stored over the pervious
pavement. It shall be the responsibility of the property owner to maintain and clean the pervious
pavement.
Grading associated with the new parking spaces will be partially conducted on the abutting property of
Peter Breen. A written agreement will be established to allow the grading onto the abutting property,
with a condition that trees will be planted at the top of the slope. Immediately upon grading of the
slope, it is recommended that the slope be loamed and seeded to prevent erosion.
Upon completion of the project, I recommend the Planning Department be contacted to conduct a site
inspection. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
J Vondrak, T wn Planner
