The storm drainage does not flow as a tributary into Lake Cochichewick. I hope the above information is useful to you in your deliberations of this project. oe N ER. The Board was generally pleased with your proposal but had the following comments: 1. The Zoning Bylaw requires that all driveways have a width of at least twenty-five (25)feet. The driveway shown on the plan is only twenty (20) feet wide. Therefore you must either obtain a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals or increase the size of the driveway. 2. A landscape plan must be submitted. 3. If you choose to revise the driveway,you must recount the number of parking spaces required. 4. Review the location of the dumpster in relation to the street. The Planning Board will continue its discussion of this project at its meeting of March 21, 1995. The Board will also discuss the Watershed Protection District special permit application at that meeting. I would like to remind you that a letter from a professional engineer regarding the effect of the project on the water quality of the Lake must be received prior to that meeting. The only outstanding item prior to Form U verification is the receipt of three copies of the plans signed by the Planning Board. One copy will go to your office and the other will stay with the Planning files. The bond has been posted. The approved elevations do allow for the brick to be painted although my recollection is that the addition was to match the existing building. Last December I wrote you a letter requesting that all landscaping be completed and a final as-built plan be submitted prior to the June 2, 1998 Planning Board meeting. As of this date I have not received a plan, nor is the landscaping complete. The Board continues to hold$5,000 towards the completion of these items. I have scheduled you for a discussion before the Planning Board on July 7, 1998 at 7:00p.m. at the DPW Conference Room If you submit your as-built plan and have all final landscaping complete prior to June 30, 1998,the Planning Board may vote to release the bond money that evening.
