Drainage calculations were performed using the SCS Method. Model parameters were developed using topographic information provided on a plan titled, "Plan of Land in North Andover, Mass. Owned by Michael J. Foster and Stephen M. Sullivan"dated September 8, 2006 and revised through September 13, 2006, prepared by your office. In both the pre and post development condition, surface runoff from the parcel flows toward Main Street. The soils on site are classified"Chariton and Canton F=ine Sandy Loam" by the Natural Resource Conservation Service and were modeled as hydrologic soil group"B."
