Dear Mr,CAW
Regarding yoUr recent corTeSpOfldeftN-w,regarding the Superior Could action,I am
certain thal The only proposal that Mt.Ragonese will consider is the Olimination of all
refemer,to trailers in the planning board's decision. Any reference to tc;mporary trailers
will not be acceptable.
As you know, the Petition before the Planning Board,as well as the public
hearings dealt with parking issues only. Whcn the decision was wfittmi, the trailers were
added,out of nowhere,
if you propose to amend, eliminating any reference to trailers,I expeCt that Mr.
Ragonese will be satisfied.

Re: Ragonese v. Albert P. Manzi, et al .
Land Court, Case No. 06 MISC 328227
Dear Len:
Thanks for your letter.
Provided your client agrees to withdraw the Complaint he
filed in Superior Court, and waive any further objection with the
planning Beard, my client is willing to live without the
reference to trailers in the Planning Board decisions.
That said, I want to make clear that my client intends to
have, from time to time, temporary trailers during busy holiday
periods, Of GQUrse, thoso traile.re will be removed at the end of
each period, as per the requirement of the Land Court.
Please confirm that we have a deal, and I will make the
necessary calls to make that change.
Very truly yours,
Matthew A. Caffrey

Al,
just received this email from Susan, which outlines your schedule for moving and fencing the dumpsters. I find that
plan to be acceptable and I will take you off the agenda for the Planning Board meeting for May 1. If you have any
questions, let me know,
Judy

Hi Susan,
Fence is proposed to be 7 'tall chain link with privacy slats. Proposal from Al McGregor Fence Co. is attached.
We have chosen J.W.Watson, Inc. to install the concrete pad for the compactor. He is coordinating with Waste
Management, Dig Safe and Al McGregor to install the pad and fence posts. Based on his estimate, the pad will be
installed within the next two weeks. Once the pad is installed the fence will be erected. The compactor has been orde
by Waste Management, lead time is three weeks.
Based on the above and barring any unforeseen circumstances, I expect the compactor and enclosure to be comp)
no later than 05/18/2012. In the interim, the two cardboard dumpsters will remain offsite. I have also arranged for
machine to be emptied and taken out of service and away from the wetland area by this Thursday.
Best regards,
Al
