Proposal from Al McGregor Fence Co. is attached. We have chosen J.W.Watson, Inc. to install the concrete pad for the compactor. He is coordinating with Waste Management, Dig Safe and Al McGregor to install the pad and fence posts. Based on his estimate, the pad will be installed within the next two weeks. Once the pad is installed the fence will be erected. The compactor has been orde by Waste Management, lead time is three weeks. Based on the above and barring any unforeseen circumstances, I expect the compactor and enclosure to be comp) no later than 05/18/2012. In the interim, the two cardboard dumpsters will remain offsite. I have also arranged for machine to be emptied and taken out of service and away from the wetland area by this Thursday.
