In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40-A, Section 11, M.G.L., the North Andover
Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday evening, July 16, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Senior Center behind the Town Building on the application of Michael and Nancy Rullo, 291
Winter Street,North Andover, MA 01845 requesting a special permit under Section 4.136
Paragraph 3 (b) (ii) and 3 (c) (ii) (Watershed Protection District) of the North Andover Zoning
Bylaw to allow for the construction of a driveway which is within the Non-Disturbance Zone of
the Watershed Protection District.
The premises affected is land. numbered 1750 Great Po.nd Road in the Residential-1 (R-1)
Zoning District and the Watershed Protection District.
A copy of the application and plan may be inspected at the North An dover Planning Board
Office during the hours of'8:30 - 4:30 Monday through Friday.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should appear at the time
and place designated,
