Notice is hereby given that the North Andover
Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on
Tuesday evening, July 21, 1992 at 8:00 pm in the
Town Hall, Selectmen's Meeting Room upon the
application of Michael & Nancy Rullo, 6 Stone Post
Road. Salem, NH requesting a Special Permit
approval under section 4.136 of the North Andover
Zoning Bylaw. The purpose of the Special Permit
review is for construction of a driveway which is
within the Non-Disturbance Zone of the Watershed
Protection District. The property affected is located
at 1750 Great Pond Road. in a Residential One (R-
1)Zoning District.
Plans are available in the Planning Boaro Office.
8:30 am-4:30 pm.
