PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING - APRIL 7, 1987
~he.~lanning Board held a Public Hearing on Tuesday evening.,
April 7, 1987 in the Senior Center Meeting Room. The Meeting was
called to order at 7;52 p.m. with the following members present and
voting: Erich W. Nitzsche, Chairman; John Simons, Clerk; John j.
Burke and Paul A. Hedstrom. Approximately 35 residents were
present. Karen Nelson, Tricia Wrenn were present from the Planning
and Community Development Office. Representatives of the Balanced
Growth Steering Committe were also present.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Balanced Growth Policy Plan
John Burke read the legal notice which was advertised in the
North Andover Citizen. Mr. John Connery of ebnnery Associates made
the presentation for the Selectmen's Balanced Gro~h~Steering
Committe.
