Nit~sc~, Chairman PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING - APRIL 14, 1987 The PLANNING BOARD held a Public Hearing on Tuesday evening, April 14, 1987 in the Town Office Meeting Room. The meeting was called to order at 8:25 P.M. with the following members present and voting: John Simons, John J. BUrke and Paul A. Hedstrom. Karen Nelson, Tricia Wrenn and Charles Foster were present. ZONING BYLAW COMMITTEE ARTICLES John Burke read the legals for the following Zoning Bylaw Committee articles: 1) 2) Def. Gross Floor Area (2.38.1) Def. Net Floor Area Charles Foster recommended that the wordsi under construction' be removed from the article. Lou Kmiec requested the purpose of the article. John Burke stated it was in for definition purposes. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: By Paul Hedstrom to take these two a~ticles under advisement. John J. Burke. Unanimous 194 3) Def. Family Suite (2.22.1) Mr. Foster commented that there are no dimensions in the definitions section on family suite. Mr. Ben 8sgood questioned why 25% amount is used.
