1,1999 to Reed A Cundifffand Kelly R Cundifr: Said deed is recorded in the Essex
North Registry of Deeds on April.5,1999 as instrument number 12581 This deed
transferred the premises above further described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Reed A. Cundiff and Kelly R.Cundiff hereby voluntarily and willingly agree that in
perpetuity no pesticides,fertilizers or chemicals shall be used in the lawn care or
maintenance of said premises.
