HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-04-292O5 The North Andover Planning Board held a meeting on Wednesday evening, April 29, 1987 in the Town Office Meeting Room with the following members present and voting: Erich Nitzsche; John Burke and John Simons. The meeting was called to order at approximately 8:16 p.m. Continuing Care District - Chestnut Street MOTION: By John Burke that the Planning Board recommend favorable action to the Somolont petition subject to applicantiputt±ng ±n'~he necessary covenant. SECOND: John Simons VOTE: John Burke and Erich Nitzsche - In favor John Simons - against VOTE: Majority Present Continuing Care District - Osgood Street MOTION: By John Burke that the Planning Board reco~Lm~end favorable action to the Edgewood Farm peition subject to conditions SECOND: Failed for lack of second MOTION: By John Burke to endorse rezoning Edgewood Farm subject to conditions 1, 2, 3, (10 out to 63 acres) 5, 6, (change 20 to 5 years), and 7 (subject to Mr. Elias assigning to the Town of first refusal to keep as open space). SECOND: John Simons VOTE: Unanimous of those present. RRC - O$~ood Street - Create R-6 Zoning MOTION: By John Burke to recommend unfavorable due to conjestion and density. SECOND: John Simons VOTE: Unanimous of those present. RRC - Osgood Street, Chickerin~ Road and Philips Brooks Road MOTION: By John Burke to vote unfavorable due to the heavy density. SECOND: John Simons VOTE: Unanimous of those present. School Site MOTION: By John Simons to vote favorable on the Calzetta Farmsite as the appropriate site for a new school. SECOND: John Burke VOTE: Unanimous of those present. MOTION: By John Simons that the Town Farm is an unfavorable site for a new school. SECOND: John Burke VOTE: Unanimous of those present. Motion: SECOND: VOTE: By John Burke to adjourn the meeting. John Simons Unanimous of those present. ADJOURNED at 8:53 p.m.
