BOARD OF SELECTMEN EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES April 25, 2016
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Executive Session convened at 6:05 p.m.
ATTENDANCE:
The following were present: Chairman Tracy Watson, Richard Vaillancourt, Rosemary
Smedile, Phil DeCologero, Donald Stewart, Town Manager, Andrew Maylor, Assistant Town Manager,
Ray Santilli and Executive Assistant Laurie Burzlaff.
M.G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a)- reason #2 to conduct contract negotiations with non-union personnel
The board reviewed the contract negotiated with Charles Gray.
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Phil DeCologero, to approve the contract
between the Town and Charles Gray. Vote approved 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Phil DeCologero made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart, to move out of executive session
and back into open session at 7:00 p.m. Vote approved 5-0.

Police Chief Contract
If any provision of this Contract is declared or found to be illegal, unenforceable, or
void by a court of competent jurisdiction, then both Parties shall be relieved of all
obligations under that provision. The remainder of the Contract shall be enforced to
the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Parties executing this Contract agree that the recitals herein constitute the
entire agreement between the parties. No other agreement, including any other
written, oral or other agreement, will be considered to exist or to bind the parties to
this Agreement. No representative of any party to this Contract, had, or has any
authority to make any representation or promise not contained in this Contract, and
each of the parties to this Contract acknowledges that such party has not executed
this Contract in reliance upon any such representation or promise.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Contract as of the date
first above written.
