BOARD OF SELECTMEN EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES March 21, 2016
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Executive Session convened at 6:05 p.m.
ATTENDANCE:
The following were present: Chairman Tracy Watson, Richard Vaillancourt, Rosemary
Smedile, Phil DeCologero, Donald Stewart, Town Manager, Andrew Maylor and Assistant Town Manager,
Ray Santilli.
M.G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a)- reason #2 to conduct strategy session in preparation of contract
negotiations with non-union personnel
The board discussed the strategy for negotiating the contract with Charles Gray. Selectmen Watson and
Vaillancourt were selected to handle negotiations on behalf of the Town.
ADJOURNMENT:
Richard Vaillancourt made a MOTION, seconded by Phil DeCologero, to move out of executive
session and back into open session at 7:00 p.m. Vote approved 5-0.
