L. Rudnicki: The Planning Board meeting for Tuesday, May 10, 2016 was called to order at 6:35 p.m.
AGENDA ITEMS
DISCUSSION:
The meeting was established as a placeholder for any additional discussion or action necessary for the
Annual Town Meeting Warrant Articles.
J. Enright: Gave an overview of the Planning Board Report with the update regarding the Addendum to
Article 10; provided the Board a copy of a letter from constituent Susan Walsh in regards to Article 11;
discussed the letter from the ZBA Chair, Al Manzi, concerning the Board's unfavorable recommendation
of Article 16.
MOTION: L. Rudnicki made a motion to close the Public Hearing on 2016 Zoning Warrant Articles. P.
Boynton seconded the motion. The vote was 5-0,unanimous in favor.
ADJOURNMENT:
MOTION: L. Rudnicki made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by P. Boynton.
The vote was 5-0, unanimous in favor.Meeting adjourned a 6:46 p.m.
