BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES June 30, 2016
CALL TO ORDER:
ChairmanRichard Vaillancourt called the meeting to order at 6:00PM at the School
Administration Building Meeting Room. The meeting was recorded.
ATTENDANCE:
The following were present: Chairman Richard Vaillancourt, Clerk Rosemary Smedile,
Donald Stewart, Tracy Watson, Town Manager Andrew Maylor, Assistant Town Manager Ray Santilli and
Executive Assistant, Laurie Burzlaff. Phil DeCologero was absent due to a death in the family.
Approximately 40 members of the public were in attendance.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chairman Vaillancourt invited Jonathan, Michael and William Gray to lead the Pledge of Allegience.
COMMUNICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Joyce Bradshaw administered the oath of office to Charles Gray, the new Chief of Police. The Board
congratulated Chief Gray and thanked outgoing Chief Gallagher for all his hard work.

ADJOURNMENT:
Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by Tracy Watson to adjourn the meeting at 6:10PM.
Vote approved 5-0.
