AGENDA ITEM: A Budget Discussion
Discussion: -Merest presented a revised possible budget changes based on revenue from
ambulance fees and increase in fees treasures demand, building, plumbing electrical
and recycling (not an increase in price but an increase in volume)also dipping into
health trust fund of 115K based on all changes new appropriation will be 411K
Feel comfortable with trust fund based on settlement coming from Wheelabrator of
227K
New allocations for school would be 283K and municipal 128K w/o meal tax
Additional should meal tax pass would be 165K for school and 75K for municipal.
Mr We should make a motion to recommend new revised budget
BW. Motion made to reconsider the prior vote on municipal budget seconded
by Al

AGENDA ITEM:
Discussion: - Vote Taken: AL made a motion that Fincom take unfavorable action Article
17 Seconded by BW.
Vote:Y, unanimous, passed.

AGENDA ITEM:D. Town Meeting Presentation Review
Discussion: MR: presentation at Town meeting to move wireless articles to after budget. Also 2
motions to bundle articles 2,3,4, and 5 into one bundle and articles 6,7,8 and 9 into
another. If one person objects they will vote individually
BO: What happened to TIF?
MR: Making a motion to table this for a special town meeting.
