Motion by BC seconded by MN: to authorize payment on current snow and ice
invoices totaling $61,192.22 which will bring the account into a deficit of
($605,941.63).

Discussion on Town Warrant Write ups
Article 21 Write up
After substantial deliberation which amended the scope of the project, we
recommend favorable action.
This project is intended to generate energy savings which will be reinvested in energy-related
capital improvements to Town buildings.
We recommend that the Town Manager and Board of Selectmen carefully review the
existing proposal and, if necessary, renegotiate or rebid the project to ensure
that the Town realizes the maximum value available in today's market.
ARTICLE 20: APPROPRIATION - STEVENS ESTATE ENTERPRISE FUND FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2014
Favorable action. We commend the efforts of the Stevens Estate Trustees, the Director, and other
town employees who have worked diligently over the past two years to improve the status of the
Stevens Estate Enterprise fund. For Fiscal Year 2012, the Estate generated a net profit. For Fiscal
Year 2013, the Estate is on track generate a profit once again. The careful stewardship of the
Enterprise Fund will ensure that North Andover residents will continue to enjoy this historical
treasure.
