The meeting began at 7:05 PM.

DISCUSSION: REDGATE SUBDIVISON:

Richard Dellaire were present to discuss drainage issues at Redgate. Ben Osgood Jr. is working
9
on the as-built, which he will review with Gene Willis when it is complete. Gene will then make
10
the appropriate adjustments to the bond spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be presented to the
11
board for review.

Mr. Dellaire told the board that the catch basins will be cleaned within the next two weeks. The
14
site is being watered and the neighbors are assisting with the watering, in particular M. Ruhland
15
and S. Cyr.

Mr. Dellaire requested that the monitoring be changed from weekly monitoring to monitoring on
18
an as needed basis. The Board agreed that the monitoring schedule could be changed so that
19
weekly monitoring would not be required and that Ben Osgood Jr. would be available if there
20
were to be any issues at the site noted by the town and for major rain events. The Board
21
recommended that a site visit be done before the winter. They also required that the foundation
22
elevations be checked before the building permit is issued for the last lot.

M. Walsh made a motion to adjourn the meeting. R. Rowen seconded the motion. The vote was
26
unanimous. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
