The meeting began at 7:05 PM.

BOND RELEASE: WALLACE STREET:

William Johnson will be present to request release of a $2500 bond for Wallace St.

Motion was made by R. Rowen to release the Bond for William Johnson for Wallace St.. T.

Seibert seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.

DISCUSSION: REDGATE SUBDIVISON:

Ben Osgood Jr. and Richard Dellaire were present to discuss drainage issues at Redgate. Ben
16
Osgood described the progress that has been made regarding the drainage swales next to lot 1
17
and in back of lots 3 and 4. Several abutters were present to express their concern regarding the
18
drainage swale in back of Lots 3 and 4.

DISCUSSION: 1003 OSGOOD ST:

Chris Tymula of MHF Design and John Smolak were present to discuss plan for a retail
24
development at 1003 Osgood St. The plan calls for development of a 21,000 sq. ft.
25
retail/office/restaurant building as well as relocation of the existing barn to the rear of the
26
property.

PUBLIC HEARING: 1503 OSGOOD ST:

The Public Hearing for Site Plan Review and CDD3 Special Permit for development of a
31
commercial building at the rear of a parcel located at 1503 Osgood St was opened. The Planning
32
Board reviewed the plans for the construction of a 16,527 sq.ft. contractor’s building to be
33
located on Orchard Hill Avenue. The developer presented the plan, which includes stormwater
34
management facilities, parking and landscaping. An abutter representing the AAA facility on
35
Orchard Hill Road was present and he told the board that traffic is already an issue on the road
36
and that we was concerned about additional traffic and the impact that it would have on the
37
safety of his employees and customers.

Motion was made by C. LaVolpicelo to approve the minutes for the May 18, 2010 Planning

Board meeting. T. Seibert seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
