I.Call to Order

II. Old Business
Yard sale –34 households signed up earning us $340 minus $75for advertising
Action -Steve will check on buying a tent .
III. New Business

1.Discussed multi-family recycling, hope to have on board by October 1.
Action –Tina to contact Bill Hmurciak to see if he can pare down the list.
2.Wheeled recycling carts –Will we purchase and resell to residents?
There has been an interest in both the 45 and 64 gallon carts.
Bruce had information on a company that sells these carts used by Northside Carting in
o5ther towns.
Action –Pete will check into price, etc on the carts
3.OPT Fall Issue
Recently discovered the past year printing cost were not paid to the tune of $12,000
Action -Bruce to follow up with Nancy Barryon the status of payment.
Action -Tina to look into selling ads to help with the costs
4.DEP Grant
The deadline on applying is September 11. Some items we might apply for:
Composting bins
Rain barrels
School bus retrofit
Diesel retrofit
Would need to coordinate wit the health department for the last two.
Action -Tina will send link to the grant website.
5.School Bins
Discussed that they will need to be changed to the TPI bins. Lisa will work with Bruce
on this.
