CALL TO ORDER Michael Garron called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. VOTE WARRANT ARTICLE RECOMMENDATIONS Jack Watkins made a MOTION,seconded by Paul Stewart,to recommend favorable action on Article 6,Prior Years Unpaid Bills. Vote approved 8—0. Paula Porten made a MOTION,seconded by Stephen Dawe to recommend favorable action on Article 7,Fiscal Year 2002 Budget Transfers. Vote approved 8--0. ADJOURNMENT No adjournment.
