ATTENDANCE: Members present: Michael Garron,Chairman;Keith Mitchell;Paula Porten;
Paul Stewart; Jack Watkins.
Also present: Charles Benevento,Director of Finance and Administration
CALL TO ORDER: Michael Garron called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m.in the Middle School
Library.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: Chairman Garron called for any other business and none was brought forward.
The Meeting was recessed by unanimous consent to attend the Special Town Meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
After the end of the Special Town Meeting,there being no further business for the Finance Committee,
Jack Watkins made a MOTION,seconded by Keith Mitchell,to adjourn the
Finance Committee meeting at 8:21. p.m. Vote approved 5-0.
Special note is taken of the fact that distinguished Finance Committee member
Keith Mitchell seconded every motion at the Special Town Meeting,a new
and glorious record!
