April 15,2003
ATTENDANCE: The following members were present: ,Tack Watkins, Chairman, Bernice Fink, Vice Chairman,Paul Stewart,
Keith Mitchell,and Steve Dawe.
CALL TO ORDER: Jack Watkins,Chairman, called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm.
FOSTER FARM SCHOOL
Jack informed the FinCom that the Board of Selectmen re-opened the Warrant at the Monday night meeting to insert the Foster
Farm School Article. The BOS then approved to recommend favorable action on this Article by a vote of 4 to 1 with Wendy
Wakeman opposed. Keith MOVED to make a recommendation on this Article at Town Meeting. Steve seconded the
MOTION and it passed unanimously.
WARRANT BOOK
The FinCom then held a workshop to review the draft of the Warrant Book.
SCHEDULE FUTURE MEETINGS
The next Finance Committee meeting is Thursday,April 24 at 7:00 pm at the Senior Citizen Center.
ADJOURNMENT
Keith MOVED and Steve seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 pm. The vote was unanimous.
