February 26, 2004 Public Forum
ATTANDANCE: The following members were present: Jack Watkins, Chairman, Keith
Mitchell, Vice Chairman, Bernice Fink, Melinda Coppa, Steve Dawe, Mark Nichols, Paula
Porten, Paul Stewart and Mike Batsimm.
CALL TO ORDER:
Jack called the meeting at 6:57pm
This was a public forum in which the fincom presented to the public a snapshot of its objectives,
activities and the budget process so far. The Fincom then took questions from the audience.
Mark Rees also attended and answered questions as well.
OLD BUSINESS: Fincom Liaisons: Jack provided a handout of the Fincom liaisons. The
Fincom members will now meet with department heads,which they are liaisons to in preparing
the warrant.
ADJOURNMENT:
Paula MOVED to adjourn and Mike seconded. The vote was unanimous.
