SITE VISIT: 285 Holt Road, Wheelabrator:
Wheelabrator intends to file a Modification to the 1998 Site Plan Review
Special Permit. Wheelabrator is proposing to partially replace an existing ash storage building and relocate and existing
wet scrubber. As part of a 1998 Site Plan Review they enclosed an existing three sided ash building, constructing the sides
and roof with a steel superstructure. They are proposing replacing the superstructure with a concrete design wall and
relocate the wet scrubber.
