The Applicant proposes to subdivide the existing 7.4+/-acre parcel into two(2)lots.The property is located in the Residential 2(R-2)zoning district. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: 58 Country Club Circle:Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 4.136,10.3 and 10.31 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw.The Applicant proposes to construct a retaining wall,in ground pool,spa,walkway,patio,fence and associated grading and landscaping in the Non-Discharge Zone and Non-Disturbance Zone.The project is located within the Residential 1 (R-1)Zoning District. This project is within the R-3 Zoning District. NEW PUBLIC HEARING: 102 South Bradford Street,Greg Penney:Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 4.136,10.3 and 10.31 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw.The Applicant proposes to construct a 440 square foot addition and a 168 square foot screened in porch off of the existing home in the Non-Disturbance and Non-Discharge Zone.The project is located within the Residential 1 (R-1)Zoning District. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING,Annual Town Meeting Zoning Articles: Article 9 to amend Zoning Bylaw Section 8 Subsection 8.12 to include a portion of a certain parcel of land located at 1600 Osgood Street(Map 35,Parcel 17)in the Medical Marijuana Overlay District,to further define the term"medical marijuana facility",and to further regulate the size and use of a facility. Article 11 to amend the Town's Zoning Map, to include a certain portion of Map 34, Parcel 17 in the Medical Marijuana Overlay District (MMOD)as shown on that MMOD Plan dated March 3,2017. NEW PUBLIC HEARING:Annual Town Meeting Zoning Warrant Article 12:Recreation Marijuana Moratorium,to amend Zoning Bylaw Section 8-Supplementary Regulations,by adding Subsection 8.13 Temporary Moratorium on Recreational Marijuana Establishments and Retailers to allow the Town sufficient time to consider creating zoning bylaws regulating the location and siting criteria of Recreational Marijuana Establishments and Retailers.
