CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING,Annual Town Meeting Zoning Articles:
1. Article 11 to amend the Town's Zonin gWo include a certain portion of Map 34, Parcel 17 in the
Medical Marijuana Overlay District(MMOD) as shown on that MMOD Plan dated March 3, 2017.
2. Article 9 to amend Zoning Bylaw Section 8, Shsection 8.12to include a portion of a certain parcel
of land located at 1600 Osgood Street(Map 35, Parcel 17) in the Medical Marijuana Overlay District, to
further define the term"medical marijuana facility", and to further regulate the size and use of a facility.
