MINUTES JANUARY 9, 2014,
CALL TO ORDER -- Brad Wakeman called the meeting to order at
7:07pm at Town Hall, second floor conference room,

ATTENDANCE - Tom Coppa; Bob Warren; CJ Gangi; Brad Wakeman;
Terry Holland, Deb Feltovic
PRESENTATION: NORTH ANDOVER HIGH SCHOOL
SOFTBALL BASEBALL FIELDS
Rick Green, NABCLL Field Coordinator; Dave Brown, NABC Softball
Commissioner; Jon Longley, NAHS Athletic Director and 'T`odd Dulin
1-sigh School Baseball Coach presented their proposal for redevelopment
of NAHS Baseball/Athletic Field, The committee will probably be asking
for funding for phase 1 at this time. (Presentation attached)
PRESENTATION BY CRT- LAND PROTECTION PROJECT
Brad Wakeman recused himself from the presentation. The Center
Realty Trust, Trustees, Charles Salisbury, Dan Elliott and Ben Osgood
presented a brief overview of the project.
PRESENTATION FOR FUNDING FOR MULTI-USE PATH
Judy Tymon presented a proposal to build a Multi-Use Trail using a DCR
Recreational Trails Grant and CPC Funds, (Presentation attached)
REVIEW OF FINANCIALS - There was no review of the December
financial statement as the numbers were not available.
UPDATE ON PROTECTS FROM TOWN MEETING
(1) Fields - Terry Holland said the Town Manager would like the
Fields Committee to prioritize their projects and form a Master
Plan
(2) Veterans Housing High Street- CJ Gangi said work is ongoing.
OTHER BUSINESS --
Brad Wakeman would like to make a proposal at the February meeting
to have a Post Annual CPC meeting after Town Meeting.

Deb Feltovic feels it would be helpful if the Town Manager could come
to our next meeting and present an overview of all town projects, And
then invite him back at the following meeting and present the town's
Master Plan,
