There are two missions here:
1. Historical preservation (primary mission)
II. Hospitality Business -To preserve the facility,The Carriage House would qualify for historical
preservation

Once again,SE mentioned how fascinated they were with the amount of'public interest'tonight.
A few take-aways: If SE could come back to CPC based on what we discussed tonight.We want to come
up with the best answer and we need to do some research here and there, and see what we come up
with, We will send you the dist of projects. We meet again next month and then after that,we meet
more often to go over the applications that we get. Certainly feel free to send messages if you hear
about anything,and we'll go from there,
