SPECIAL MEETING
The PLANNING BOARD held a special meeting on Monday evening, March 14, 1977 at 8:30
P.M. in the Office for the purposes of reorganization. The following members were present
and voting: William Chepulis, Vice-Chairman; John J. Monteiro Clerk; William N. S~lemme;
and Paul R. Lamprey.
PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL:
1. MARy MOODY SELD~ - plan dated 12/76 continued to Monday, March 21, 1977 because
BOARD wished to review other plan submitted.
2. GEORGE CHONGRIS - plan dated 2/17/77. BOARD would like to know more about the plan;
no action taken; continued to next Monday, 3/21/77.
REORGANIZATION:
Upon motions duly made and seconded the following members were appointed to offices:
Paul R. Lamprey, Chairman; William N. Salemme, Vice-Chairman; Michael P. Roberts, Clerk;
Committees: Subdivision Control - Roberts & Chepulis; Long Range Planning - Chepulis
& Monteiro; Administrative - Salemme, Chepulis and Lamprey; Merrimack Valley Planning
Commission - Lamprey; Land Use Survey (LWV) - Salemme; Capital Budget - Salemme; Sign
By-Law - Monteiro; Growth Policy - Chepulis; Lake Cochichewick Watershed Study - Salemme.
The appointments were a unanimous vote of the BOARD.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
