7 AGENDA ITEMS
9 CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: Annual Town Meeting Zoning Warrant Articles (Article 13, 14, 15,9 and
10 11)
1.1 MOTION: Lynne Rudnicki made a motion to close the public hearing for the Annual Town Meeting Zoning Warrant
12 Articles 13, 14, 15, 9 and 11. Peter Boynton seconded the motion. The vote was 3-0, unanimous in favor.

14 CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: Annual Town Meetin2 Zoninlz Warrant Article:
15 Article 12 to amend Zoninj4 Bylaw Section 8-Supplementary Rellulations, by adding Subsection 8.13 Temporary
16 Moratorium on Recreational Marijuana Establishments and Retailers to allow the Town sufficient time to consider
17 creating zoning bylaws regulating the location and siting criteria of Recreational Marijuana Establishments and
18 Retailers.
19 MOTION: Lynne Rudnicki made a motion to close the public hearing. Peter Boynton seconded the motion. The vote
20 was 3-0, unanimous in favor.

24 DISCUSSION ITEMS:
25 Article 10: Citizen Petition—Authorization of the Town Manager and Board of Selectmen to negotiate and
26 execute a Host Community Agreement with Proposed Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility.
27 Board: It is anticipated that Article 10 may be withdrawn by the petitioner. Discussed a need for a sense of how the
28 members felt about Article 10 should it not be pulled.
29 MOTION:'Lynne Rudnicki made a motion to vote unfavorable action on Article 10.Peter Boynton seconded the
30 motion. The vote was 4-0 unanimous in favor,

32 Article 9: Citizen Petition-Amend Zoning Bylaw-Section 8: Medical Marijuana Treatment Facilities
33 Board:Reviewed an amended version of Article 9 likely to be displayed on the screen.
34 MOTION: Lynne Rudnicki made a motion to vote unfavorable action on Article 9 as amended.Peter Boynton
35 seconded the motion, The vote was 3-0 unanimous in favor.

37 Master Plan Selection Committee
38 The Board decided that the Board is fairly represented by Lynne Rudnicki after Lora MeSherry's resignation and will
39 not appoint another member to the Master Plan Selection Committee.

42 MOTION': Lynne Rudnicki made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Peter Boynton.The
43 vote was 4-0, unanimous in favor. Meeting adjourned @ 6:57 p.m,
