Special meeting
The PLANNING BOARD held a Special Meeting on ~eclnesday evening, April 27, 1977 at
7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Meeting Room. The following members were present and voting:
Paul R. Lamprey, Chairman; ~illiam N. Salemme, lfice-~h~irman; Michael P. Roberts, Clerk;
and ~illiam Chepulis.
Conservation Commission members were present.
Nr. Lamprey explained that the meeting was called at ~the suggestion of ~r. Cyr in order to
discuss ~_ightening up on Form "A" lots. Procedure followed regarding t.hese lots was dis_-
cussed, rmere is only so much that can be done regarding local control, wait until Ch. ~O8
is effective; basically we have to put on restrictions to protect the Town and future
buyers which would primarily take in the drainage aspect; we should revamp Rules & Regs.
to read "each individual 10t should be peroed". Vinos Turano (0on. Com. ) formally re-
quested that the Rules & Regs. be changed so that if the Con. Com. issues a Cease and
Desis~ or rescinds an Order of Conditions then the PLANNIN~ BOARD cam rescind subdivision
approval. Summary: try to get Form A's into new 808 and require site plans regarding
Building Oode.
