Simons Chairman: The Planning Board meeting for Thursday, September 7,2017 was called to order at 6:14 6 p.m,. 7 8 SITE VISIT: 1600 Osgood Street(Osgood Landing),North Andover MA: 'four of the facility related to the 9 proposed Cannabis Cultivation and Innovation Center and amending the Zoning Bylaw to create a Marijuana 10 Overlay District at 1604 Osgood Street. 11 12 Introduction to the team: Jeff Goldstein, Owner/Developer; Dan Leary,Project Coordinator;Bob Bartley,Facility 13 Manager; Lindsey Cunningham, Facility Automation Manager; Brian Sylvester, Facility Mechanical Systems 14 Manager; Rick Shaughnessy, Facility Networking and IT, Marc Cooperstein, Construction Management; Tom 15 Regan, COO/Cultivation; Harry van Duijne, Chief Horticultural Officer; Mark Frechette,CFO; Saar Shafir, 16 Managing Partner, Innovation Center; Jack Garvin, Chief Security Officer,Rick Waitt, Site Civil Engineer; Sam 17 Andras,Lead Architect; Brian.Zimmerman,Lead MEP Engineer; Frank Lilley,Licensed Site Practitioner,Emily 18 K.owtoniuk, State Affairs; Adam Barnosky, Legal Counsel; Huck Montgomery, Public Awareness;Tom Lee, 19 Marketing and Media. 20 21 Introduction to the project,the Massachusetts Innovation Works,the Center for Advanced Cannabinoid Research, 22 Manufacturing, and Entrepreneurship. 23 24 The tour will consisted of stations situated throughout the building where they are proposed to be located. The 25 group stopped at each station and a representative gave a brief presentation on each: Cultivation(Operational. 26 Process, Water Site Plan,Exhaust Air and Odor Controls), Harvesting, :Drying, Trimming, Extraction, Packaging, 27 Propagation,Vegetation, Security and Innovation. 28 29 ADJOURNMENT 34 MOTION: P. Boynton made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by E.
