The PLANNING BOARD held a regular monthly meeting on Monday evening, October 2, 1978
7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Building. The following members were present and voting:
William N. Salemme, Chairman; John J. Monteiro, Vice-Chairman; William Chepulis; Joyce A.
DiTore; and Michael P.,Roberts.
HARDTCOURT ESTATES (CAMPION HALL) - The attorneys, Narden and Sullivan, requested the
~ime be ex%ended until Oct. 23, 1978 because they were no% prepared to make their presenta-
tion due to the engineer not being ready with the plans.

Regular Meeting
The PLANNING BOARD held a regular monthly meeting on Monday evening, October 23, 1978
at 7:30 P.M. in ~he Town Office Build/ng. The following members were present and voting:
William N. S~lemme, Chairman; John J. Montiero, Vice-Chairman; Joyce A. DiTore; William
Chepulis; and Michael P. Roberts.
_TDTCOURT ESTATES (CAMPION HALL) - preliminary plan discussion continued from Oct. 2nd.
ry. Philip Sullivan and Frank C. Gelinas represented and presented a sketch of Bonny
Lane dated Oct. 23, 1978. Sketch showed 18 lots and asked for BOARD consensus so that
they could go forward with a definitive. Road is ~580 ft. to the oen~er and 1650 ft. in
total and asking for approval of a 1580 ft. cul-de-sac. Mr. Monteiro made a motion that
the Bonny Lane preliminary plan be accepted. Mrs. DiTore seconded and the vote was
unanimous.
