1979-06-12Juue 12, 1979 - SIESDAY SPECIAL M~TING The ~O ~)ARD held a Special Meeting on Tuesday evening, June 12, 1979 at 7:30 P.M. in the Planning Board Office. The following members were present and voting: William dhepulis, Chairman; JOhn J. Monteiro, ¥ioe-Ch~irman; and Joyoe A. DiTore. ~L~IL RUN COV~ANT & R~.'m. AE~: Release for lets 2-12 and 1~-20. Motion made by Mrs. DiTore to release said and sign document. Mr. ;~nteiro seconded and vote un~ai- EAYMEADOW P~m.~SE: Motion by Mr. Monteiro to release loSs and sign form. Second by Mrs. DiTore and voSe unanimous. HARDTC~T ESTATES: RE QUESTI0~ OF RESOlSSIC~ ~ ORIOINAL DECISlC~ - Town 0ounsel says that based upon a receipt appeals oour~ decision the BOARD must hold a re-hearing principally because people have the right to kno~ what is going on in case they desire to exercise their right of appeal. Mrs. DiTore ma~e a motion to schedule a re-hearing and Mr. Monteiro seconded. The roSe was unanimous. Mr. Ohepulis told those present that the basic reasc~ the meeting, was called tonight was to set up a schedule and establish goals under which Susan can work. We s~ould consider what is of utmost importance, what we wish to accomplish both short range and long range. Priority was given to updating the master plan, updating the rules and regulatiens; review of ~orm A plans for cenfliet, errors, etc. Planner's office should be collection point of Bd. of Health, Bl~, etc. plans and how they interrelate. Do nc~ neglect continuing items. Susan felt that updating ma~ter plan would be an on-going project. She asked what kind of growth was wanted for N. A.?? It was agreed ~hat a time-phased growth is preferable which would be tied in with .capital improve- ments. S~e is working on a growth control map which includes all to~n water, sewer: ~hioh c~Uld be made in~o a complete map in the future. Joyce Di~ore was in favor of accepting the street in a subdivision when it is completed· Susan to look into the taking over of all private wa~s. Chepulis expressed desire to issue press releases from time to time on how ma~ sub- divisi~ns, house loSs, etc. are go!~_~ in. Membership agreed, Susan to audit subdivisions in progress periodically and m~ke report to Board. Reason for this is to determine that they are being built in accordance with plans so tbat we know that our plans reflect wha~ is actually being done. ~he meeting adjourned at 9:~0 P.M. . ~mlda Black~tock, ~ecretary
