Motion by P. Doyle to accept minutes as printed, second
J. Lafond, motion carries . W. Vicens abatained.
2 . Correspondence:
1 . Kaminski & Assoc. - Lot 5A Salems Street (formerly lot 4)
J. Cushing submitted a revision to the work originally
proposed in the determination.

lot 4 on Salem Street to be deemed insignificant, second

2. Office of Env. Affairs - 242-137 (Plugis Pond)
The hearing request has been withdrawn because the applicant,
did not get in touch with the state.
3. M. Graf - Board of Health - Lots 32 & 33 Carlton Lane
Send a letter asking him if a request comes in for a
variance for the 100 foot set back, let us know.

has been taken care of
