Vicens to issue an Enforcement Order to Forbes Realty on Tucker Farms Subdivision because of violations 14 & 15a of the Order of Conditions , second J. Labond, motion carries . We request the information by February 6, 1985 . 3. Pines - Violation of Condition 16 Motion by W. Vicens to issue an Enforcement Order on the Pines Subdiviion, Dale Street Trust because of violation 16 in the Order of Conditions , second J. Lafond, motion carries . 4. Lot 12 Beer Hill.. Vicens to deem the plan change insignificant for the forget Property, second P. Doyle, motion carries . 7. Lot 2 Chestnut Street - letter dismissing the request for an adjudicatory hearing 6. Continuation of the Public Hearin - : 700 Great Pond Road Tom Aleve represent ed 'the •applicant. Sterling Wall of BSC attended the meeting. Motion by W. Vicens to continue the public hearing until one week after receipt of the information from the pngin.eer, second A. Resca, motion carries . J. Lafon.d opposed. BSC will flag the wetland on .lot 16. We are requesting calculations for the land subject to flooding. Motion by W. Vicens to close the public hearing to take information under advisement and :issue the Order of Conditions no later than 21 days after receipt of additional information, second D. We are requesting calculations for land subject to flooding. Vicens to close the public hearing on lots 32, 339 35 and 39 Carlton Lane to take information under advisement to write the Order of Conditions , second J. Mr. Olive_ - Lacv Street and Crossbow Lane A letter will be sent to Mr. Follansbee concerning Crossbow Lane asking him to attend the next meeting, copy will be sent to Mr. Olive. 14. Order of Conditions : Cobble Lane Motion by J. Lafond to deny without prejudice the Order of Conditions on Cobble Lane, second, motion carries . D. Stulgis and P. Doyle abstained. 15. Article for Town Warrant Conservation Aid Motion by J. Lafond to recommend and prepare an article for Town Meeting for a Conservation Aid, second We Vicens , motion carries . lbe Lot 8A and 7A Penni Lane Motion to issue an enforcement order informing the applicant to record the Order of Conditions for lot 8A and 7A Penni Lane by the next ineeting, second We Vicens, motion, carries . motion to adjourn. at 11 : 54 p.m. 3
